GAME RULES
The Atlanta Soccer Cup Tournament — 2026
TEAM GAME DAY PREPARATION
Teams must arrive and check in at least 30 minutes before their scheduled kickoff time.
A 15-minute grace period may be allowed at the tournament's discretion if a team does not have the minimum number of players available to start a match.
A minimum of 8 players is required to begin a match.
TEAM ROSTERS
Official match rosters must be presented at each check-in.
Players are required to present a valid photo ID.
Only individuals listed on the approved roster may participate in any match.
The roster max is 15 players, with 8 players eligible on game day.
Each team will be allowed to use up to 2 players, 2 years younger than that age bracket. Players must be selected before kickoff at check-in with the referees.
All players and team officials must be properly registered with the Atlanta Soccer Cup Tournament with a completed roster.
MATCH RULES
All matches shall consist of two 20-minute halves with a maximum 5–8-minute halftime interval.
Knockout matches tied after regulation shall utilize two extra 5-minute periods, followed by kicks from the penalty mark if necessary.
Group Matches may end in a tie.

Win = 3 pts
Draw = 1
Loss = 0

Fewest goals allowed
Most goals scored
Penalty kicks
SUBSTITUTIONS
Each team may make unlimited substitutions in and out at any time during a match by signaling the referee.
Teams with too many players on the field will be penalized.
The Atlanta Soccer Cup Committee reserves the right to modify schedules or procedures due to weather, safety, or operational necessity.
ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE BOUND BY STATE SOCCER LAWS, CODES OF CONDUCT AND RESPECT POLICIES.
